MIDWINTER TOURNAMENT PROMOTION Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions shall apply to the Midwinter Tournament Promotion (the “Promotion”) being offered by Wild Ruby Games and High Rollers Bingo.

1. Duration of Promotion. The Promotion shall consist of daily rounds (collectively the “Promotion Period”) and Main Draw (the “Final Raffle”):

• The Midwinter Tournament will run from Monday, January 25, 2021, to Friday, January 29, 2021 at the physical site only.

• The Daily Rounds shall commence on each day at 11:00 a.m CDT until closing at midnight (24:00) CDT from Monday, January 25, 2021, to Friday, January 29, 2021.

• The Main Draw  (the “Final Raffle”) shall be run on Saturday, January 30, 2021, at noon (12:00) p.m. CDT.

2. Eligibility. The following terms apply to this Promotion:

• An account holder must enter their ‘nickname’ to be eligible for prizes and the draw, but anyone can participate and get their daily ranking. Players who successfully complete that goal (“Qualified Players”) will rank and qualify for cash daily prizes according to our terms, but also advance to the Main Draw.

• Only players playing any Wild Ruby game will be able to progress their score. The score will consist of Total Points Won on the game and it will only apply for one day and will not carry into the next one, but instead reset. The leaderboard will display top 10 account holders and their rank. Only accounts with ‘nickname’ will be considered for the cash prizes and for the Main Draw.

• The Main Draw will be conducted on the premises and entries for the draw will be given to the players based on their participation and ranking for every day during the tournament (to be collected by players before the official Main draw).

Grand Prize Raffle:

$500 CASH (first drawn raffle)

$200 CASH (second drawn raffle)

$100 CASH (third drawn raffle)

• Players can only win a grand prize once, 3 different individuals will be drawn.

• Raffle starts at Noon on January 30th.

• Each raffle ticket earned during the week will be given out on January 30th.

• Must be present to win.

One ticket will be given to every player participating in the tournament (any Player with nickname who played any Wild Ruby game that day) and bonus tickets will be given out for top 10 ranked players each day as follows:

• First Place: 10 bonus tickets, and

• Second Place: 9 bonus tickets, and

• Third Place: 8 bonus tickets, and

• Fourth Place: 7 bonus tickets, and

• Fifth Place: 6 bonus tickets, and

• Sixth Place: 5 bonus tickets, and

• Seventh Place: 4 bonus tickets, and

• Eighth Place: 3 bonus tickets, and

• Ninth Place: 2 bonus tickets, and

• Tenth Place: 1 bonus ticket.

 

• Each Day the score will reset and a new round will begin with prizes being given away the following day or when the player returns to onsite. The Qualified Players with the three (3) highest Scores for every day of the tournament will receive a cash prize (“cash bonus”) as follows:

  • First Place: fifty dollars ($50), and

  • Second Place: thirty dollars ($30), and

  • Third Place: twenty dollars ($20)

                    

This Bonus is subject to the Playing Requirement as set forth below.

• In the unlikely event of an exact tie in the Score between two or more Qualified Players, the cash prize will be split between them based on the total sum of the both or all prizes and divided by the number of players tied.

3. Offensive Language: At their discretion High Rollers Bingo & Wild Ruby Games may disqualify a participant for using offensive language in their nickname.

4. Disputes. High Rollers Bingo & Wild Ruby Games reserves the right to interpret all questions and conditions in regard to the Promotion, and its decisions shall be final.
